Steele is a faith technology leader with 15 years of experience building data, products, and partnerships across the global faith ecosystem. He has pioneered AI-powered data frameworks and helped ministries, networks, and partners use innovation to advance human flourishing. As founder of Gloo AI, he led the creation of the Flourishing AI Standards and Benchmark, measuring how AI contributes to well-being. Steele also launched the Gloo AI Hackathons—yielding over 175 new AI technologies—and the AI Venture Accelerator, which equips faith-driven founders with data, mentorship, and capital to scale their impact and shape the future of values-aligned innovation.

Bryan serves as president and CEO of Masterworks, providing strategic leadership and overseeing day-to-day operations. He is committed to accelerating Masterworks’ growth, bringing industry-leading technology across the business, and expanding our vision for direct response marketing and fundraising. Bryan previously served as Masterworks’ VP of Experience Design and as COO. Bryan has served as CMO, CTO, and executive creative director for for-profit companies and Christian non-profits in all phases of growth. Bryan also holds an M.Div from Trinity Anglican Seminary and sees his work in developing effective, beautiful, and integrated marketing solutions as a holy calling. Prior to joining Masterworks, Bryan led the digital division and ad network of one of America’s largest, cross-screen media companies, supporting national brands in the building and executing of large-scale, omni-channel marketing campaigns that included premium and programmatic digital media, influencer marketing, native advertising, social media, search engine marketing, technology solutions, and digital design.

As President of Gloo360, he drives enterprise transformation—helping organizations modernize systems, unify data, and scale impact through the Gloo Platform. Previously, he founded and led multiple tech companies, guiding two through acquisition. With a background in engineering and product design, Ben combines technical precision with strategic vision. He’s passionate about technology that empowers people and organizations, shaping Gloo360 into a forward-deployed partner that embeds engineering, design, and data expertise within mission-driven enterprises, advancing the Gloo mission to build technology that serves the faith ecosystem.

Roberto is a product and technology leader with a track record of building and scaling software experiences across enterprise and consumer markets. A former Google and Yahoo product leader and Y Combinator–backed founder, he has led teams in product strategy, design, and go-to-market to deliver products used by millions. Roberto also serves as a board member of FamilyLife, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening marriages and families around the world.

Paul has served as our chief financial officer since October 2025. Paul previously served as chief financial officer of Viventium, a human capital management software company, from February 2024 to September 2025. He also served as interim chief financial officer at Paymentus, an online payment services company listed on NYSE, from August 2022 to March 2023 and vice president of finance and strategy from August 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Paul served as executive vice president of finance at Alight Solutions, a human capital management company, from August 2018 to May 2020. Paul graduated from Kellogg School of Management with a Master of Business Administration and from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Brad Hill has built his career at the intersection of ministry, business, and innovation. As Chief Partner Success Officer at Gloo, he leads teams that help churches, networks, and the Gloo family of brands maximize the platform’s capabilities. Previously, Brad co-founded Ministry Brands, the world’s largest church technology company, and has led more than fifty successful M&A transactions. A two-time founder with multiple exits, he coaches other entrepreneurs navigating transitions and serves on several boards and volunteer initiatives. Brad lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, with his wife and two children, continuing his mission to advance innovation that strengthens the church.

She brings 20+ years of global leadership in enterprise partnerships, growth strategy, and product innovation, including roles at Pipe and Western Union. She holds a Master of Applied Science in Technology Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Evangel University.

Oliver is a seasoned communications expert with extensive experience in the cloud, software, and network markets. He’s played a pivotal role in leading communications for multiple technology giants, including VMWare, Cisco, and Microsoft’s Office Division. He excels at helping companies redefine their reputations, strategically position their product portfolios, and effectively navigate the complex challenges of the ever-evolving tech landscape. He also dedicates his time and expertise as a board member of HomeFirst, a nonprofit organization committed to ending homelessness in Santa Clara County, and as an advisor to the FOXG1 Research Foundation.

Greg brings nearly four decades of experience in software and hardware product engineering, cloud-scale systems architecture and engineering and advanced research and development. In addition to serving as CTO for Intel and VMware, he has held senior technology leadership roles at Citigroup, Cisco, and Sun Microsystems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in computer science from Virginia Tech. An active philanthropist, he also serves on two academic advisory boards and is a Trustee of the American School of Classical Studies in Athens Greece.

Chief Accounting Officer & Treasurer

Matthew has served as our chief accounting officer since January 2025. Matthew previously served as our head of operations – finance and corporate systems from April 2022 to January 2025, as our controller from March 2019 to April 2022 and as our accounting manager from June 2017 to February 2019. Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Master of Business Administration in Financial Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Mandarin Chinese.
